I urgently needed to send a fax and this was recommended and it did not work even after I paid the membership.

Don’t bother!

I have to send a few documents. Each is 12-14 pages. I am sending them separately. 3 documents. I paid the $4.99 for a week because I only need it for a day. First, I scanned my first document in and it kept saying something about not being able to find my userid. I didn’t make a userid and there was nowhere to log in with one but it sure didn’t stop them from taking the $4.99. I had to clear it and start over My second attempt, I scanned everything in and went to send it and it said I couldn’t fax more than 5 pages. What? Why did I pay anything for that? I unsubscribed and I’m going to pay more for a app that works. Don’t be fooled by the first few decent reviews. This app is NOT good.

Highly Disappointed

I paid for the weekly subscription as I only needed the app for a day to send off some important paperwork. For some reason I keep receiving an error message after the documents upload and so it never sends. I’ve tried emailing support multiple times with no reply.
