It is a scam! Your $25 only buy you the right to spend more money on every single sheet you fax afterward, this was never indicated in the description before you buy it, and I thought I was protected from this kind of behavior in App Store.

Keep getting fax failure message
I’ve tried faxing at home, no internet issues (I work from home) drove to Staples to send it and we again got a fax failure check internet. Then went to the office where everybody is on line and still got the same error of failure to send, check internet.
Doesn’t recognize connection to WiFi
Useless. Won’t send a fax as a result.
