I had a package that was meant to arrive in 2-6 days time but instead it came a whole 2 and a half weeks later, I had to cancel most of my plans that I had just because of the late package, get your stuff sorted fedex.

My parcel was supposed to come today 9/10/2024 but it didn't come today it is scheduled for tomorrow10/10/2024 and it's the urgent You guys are so bad for this job you guys need improve

Updates do not happen frequently in the app. My parcel was stuck for 3 days in one spot and when I rang they said it was in another country. For my parcel to come from US to Aus it has to go through 4 countries and is already 3 days past its expected arrival date .that’s priority shipping! Never again!

I ordered a package and spent 19 dollars on express shipping so that I would come in the 15 which is today as I’m writing this for an urgent event and it told me I would be here today not only by the website I order off of but this app as well and this has nothing to do with the website I ordered from bc there job is to pack the package and send it my way through fedex not only did I spend 19 dollars on express shipping but I didn’t get my package on the right date and they still get to keep my 19 dollars. Not to mention that the package delivery center close at 6:30 and opens at 6 they had a hell of a lot time to give me my order but instead they sat on there bums and didn’t deliver. Please when u order a package don’t order express with fedex they will not only rig u of your money u won’t even get your package on time and they told me my package is delayed at 5:15 when it said late was 6 they had a whole 45 minutes to give me my order shame on this company.

Just d/l the App and received a message that the App is not supported in my territory … Western Australia!! Very backward!

Trust me don’t download this app, literally useless in every aspect,

Doesn’t send notifications when requested despite permissions being correct. Also doesn’t save your shipment you are tracking even if you favourite it. Pretty useless. Better just use the website

After copying my tracking number from their email it is impossible to past that number into the tracking field. No way to give feedback in App or website, no way to make complaint in App or website. Completely useless! Additionally given three different delivery dates, one even two months in future, poor.

The app doesn't seem to remember something you saved as a favourite. Kind of useless having to re add tracking numbers even though you’re logged in.

Why do I have to manually re-enter the tracking number every time I open the app? “Recent searches wiil show up here” does not work.
