Also the new version on mobile crashes when asked for details.

I had to make an account to follow my delivery. I did, but I can’t find any information back. I need each time to put tracking-id again. It’s not worth to install this app and give your data away.
Kom op Fedex, kom even met een app die laat zien op de kaart waar de bezorger ongeveer is en hoeveel adressen er nog voor mij zitten, zoals bij vele concurrenten.
It doesn’t work. You cannot track shipments or do anything.
The app doesn’t sent updates about you’re package and doesn’t clearly tell you if you’re package had been delayed. Overall is the shipping extremely bad
I have had multiple great experiences with the FedEx app, however since a fee months it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. For the past few months I have been waiting for an update that addresses/fixes the bug, but that doesn’t seem to be happening any time soon.

Current version 7.10.0 does not save anything like previous searches, saved (stupid btw) filter, also does not show package currently underway to me. App is useless like this, so you might as well delete it… And I left feedback for FedEx, left my email address, and I got a standard response that they can not start an investigation because I do not have an account number. So basically the support tech told me to go F myself. People with account numbers are the ones that send packages, I only receive them because I ordered something online. So FedEx is only interested in paying business partners? Here’s a though; without me buying stuff online, your business partner has nothing to ship through your network, and me at the receiving end is the one that is actually paying for your service… Apparently FedEx doesn’t understand or care about that. Neither does it care about or do something with app feedback, which is why it is receiving one star reviews. FedEx does not care about delivering quality in their app, nor their customer service.
