I have been enjoying the operations for years now . I am one of the earliest client of the MMY branch since the beginning of 1980s and I am fully satisfied with the interpersonal relation between the bank staff and me as a client . I used this app more than 8 years now. Recently I switch job and I came to Canada, here this application is not working. Device authentication failed even after using the same SIM in the phone. No remedy so far but the team. Thinking to switch the bank.
Useless application with lot of bugs
The app is great and very convenient. I have been using it for quite some time. However recently I discovered a glitch. In the help support section, the tickets you have raised are listed but when you click on the tickets for opening it, it never opens.
I am extremely disappointed with the latest release of this app. Every time I open the app, it prompts me to authenticate my device. Despite multiple attempts, the authentication fails repeatedly. I have meticulously followed all the steps posted by the developer, but I still haven't had any success. As a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), it's already challenging to handle transactions, and this issue has made it even more difficult. Please address this issue urgently. ---
Every time it’s Asking for device authentication an am keep sending text messages and its unable validate the number tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing seems to be working . Using the same registered number to verify me and for other transactions directly with bank is perfectly working just because of this device authentication gives big headache. Unable to login to app for last two month. Nobody is able to solve this problem
App not opening after recent upgrade
It’s showing failed device authentication. I am getting tired with installing and uninstalling. As a international user it’s a headache.
I have downloaded this app to my iPhone 8 but for some reason it is very slow, almost impossible to login, it would take minutes to login if logged in, every time it says service is not available, I am not sure if this is the phone problem or FedMobile network problem! Please advise! Thanks
