Felix | Online Healthcare

This health app is wonderful. I wasn’t expecting much, as I was on a previous health app which starts with an M. They changed their services and became quite expensive. Hard to reach people on. I checked out Felix on a whim, because I needed adjustment on healthcare. I used the free first visit promo I was offered, and was told it would likely be 24-48 hours before someone responded to me. However, someone contacted me literally within 10 minutes! I was NOT expecting it to be that fast. I was able to get adjustments to my health regime, and get wonderful advice within all of 20 minutes. The doctor was wonderful and very kind towards any advice or changes needed. Thank you Dr Van Camp, and thank you Felix! Will be deleting my other app, I am officially a Felix forever user!

I love the service but the app only works the first time after installing it. I’ve reinstalled a few times and it will open the first time after reinstall, but won’t open after.

Amazing app!

Clear explanations, clear on directions be it through side effects and multiple avenues in which Felix can help. No complaints!

Truly great service. Professional and far more discreet than I anticipated, with in app messaging.

On occasion the app simply will not open past the Felix splash screen.

Whenever I need to get my refills for the year, the Medical professionals always get back to me quickly and are able to help answer all my questions to address my concerns. The app makes the process even easier!

Customer service was really slow to get a hold of - if anyone is experiencing difficulties, I’d recommend you reach out to the Felix pharmacists first.
