At first this was such a great app with lots of interesting new content and opportunities to interact with the experts. Ever since they decided to do the update however, ya got nothing. There’s been no updates or new content in like 3 months, all the experts have gone radio silent and yeah. It’s just worthless. If you happened to pay for a yearly subscription you’re out of luck on top of it, because now you’re not getting what you originally thought you were paying for.
This WAS an amazing app (past tense), as of April 2023 there have been no more speakers or updates. What am I paying for exactly? Poor change management and the quality and content (no content) has gone way down.
I wanted to briefly say that this app is fantastic and worth every penny. Using this app feels like I’ve gone through weeks of therapy in only a few hours or days. I’ve downloaded many mental health apps in the past, and nothing has come close to this. Thank you for creating this space. It's been life-changing for me. 🙌
Really enjoying this app. There is always a Mine’d conversation for a feeling I’m having. Whether relationship or motivation, listening to the guides and reading the comments makes me feel heard — without saying anything! 🙏🏽
This is the best app for mental health topics or coaching needs. I have recommended it to many friends and even my adult children. The content is delivered in an appealing, accessible way with bite size pieces or longer sessions. There is a community out there waiting to support you. Whatever you need help with, you will find it here.
This app has been such an amazing find after stumbling across Mark Groves on social media. I walk away from every discussion with at least one gem that I can take with me and reflect on. I have been working hard in therapy the last 2 years, trying to dig deep and do the work. I’ve found that this works amazing in tandem with that, offering an opportunity for meaningful topics of self reflection between appointments. The things I’ve picked up on this app have even helped me break through a few places my therapist and I had gotten stuck. Just having that different view or way of seeing something from some of the amazing people on here has helped put context around topics I couldn’t seem to break through. I am so grateful for those putting this out in the world, as I know it has an impact on me and so many others. Great find!!
this is self-help for people who don’t actually want to feel better or improve themselves. Tons of dangerous pop psychology by a bunch of hacks whose book deals arent paying them anymore. You will feel worse after this. Your worst habits will be coddled. You will be fed a bunch of garbage that sounds plausible but will do nothing to help you address the root causes of your stress, anxiety, depression, or other issues. This app is a circle jerk of self-titled wellness freaks. It’s made people who want to make money off of your insecurities without healing or helping anyone. Disgusting.
I’ve been using the Mine’d app since June of 2021 and I’ve learned so much about myself, my life and my relationships. I thank the co-founders everyday for creating this brilliant app and also offering all of this content for free. The speakers are top notch. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’m obsessed.😍🍀
