We bought 5 tickets for event called Candlelight. 1 week before, we contacted them to ask if we can return 1 ticket. They told us it is not possible and offered a voucher. We asked if we can only get a voucher for 1 ticket but instead they gave us 4 vouchers (without 1...) as price for this event increased. We contacted them and they changed it to 5 but hear this: we bought tickets with these vouchers and the next day, they cancelled our tickets... we checked and the event was sold out. So we contacted the support to ask what happened, they said sorry and promised a refund ... but then they declined to refund us 700 PLN ($175) that we paid for this tickets.

Kupowałem niedawno bilety na koncert candelight . Przy zakupie biletów było mnie przerzucono na stronę FEVER UP. Myślałem ze przyjdzie podtwierdzenie oraz bilety na maila ale nic wcale nie było. Musiałem zainstalować aplikacje. Pierwszy raz udalo sie wejść i wprowadzić hasło ale dalej nic nie ruszyło. Następnym razem, jak spróbowałem zalogować sie, to apka nawet nie włączyła się
