Una cosa es que no hagas devoluciones por cambio de opinión del comprador y otra cosa es que se cancele o traslade un evento debido a una catástrofe climática como la DANA y no te devuelvan el dinero porque no les da la gana. Por no hablar de la poca empatía de la atención al cliente. Equipo inhumado de estafadores.

íbamos a ir a ver candelight y llegamos 2 minutos tarde por el tráfico en Madrid el día 07/12/2024. No nos dejaron pasar ni a nosotras ni a otras 30 personas que les pasó lo mismo. Nos dicen que pasa esto TODOS LOS DÍAS y la empresa es así de rígida. Si vienes desde fuera a propósito para algún evento te puedes jorobar porque no vas a tener solución.

Creo que pagan por tener reseñas buenas, porque no me las creo en absoluto. ¡Ojo con ellos! ¡Cuidado con comprar entradas aquí! Te envían un email diciendo que acabes tu compra en 3 pasos y acabas comprándolas ¡por duplicado!!! Porque se han quedado tu contraseña bancaria sin pedirte permiso y al dar al botón te las cobran sin más. Y luego no intentes pedirles que te las devuelvan, te dicen que no pueden por su política estricta de reembolso. Unos estafadores guarda contraseñas sin permiso.
