It's really help me when I travel in NYC. 👍
We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.
I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.
Best shows that are on a professional, cultural, and memorable level!
Purchased tickets then realized I could not go. I had the tickets for 5 minutes before I contacted customer service. Every agent I spoke with was rude, condescending and obviously reading from a script that they refused to deviate from. Kept getting the run around about the refund I was requesting. Would not recommend using this app for anything.
READ IT TILL THE END: I got sick and couldn’t attend one of their events, and called to request a refund or support to transfer the credits to another event organized by FEVER since the event I was planning on attending only had dates for the days I had to quarantine. Firstly, a customer service representative named Raquel asked me to transfer the case to email in order to not deal with me on the phone. That after 1.5 minutes of talk. I was surprised by this but obliged. She said she needed to contact her supervisor to ask if it was a possibility to give me support. She said it was going to take over 5 minutes to receive an answer. However, within 2 minutes I received an answer and she was declining my case, and if I had any other questions I should write her a reply. I called again and she was extremely rude! She wouldn’t let me talk, interrupting me with the explanation of the policy. Once I said “Please, I have other questions. Let me ask them!” She would let me start the question but not even half way she would interrupt me again. I asked why are you interrupting me again, and her reply was “If YOU don’t let me finish I will disconnect this call.” She was using all techniques to push the buttons of the customer. I told her I was going to start recording our conversation because she was being extremely rude and I’d like to take this to the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau, and she lost it!!! She then said she was now taking it personally and hung up the phone. Fever’s app does not give good options for customer service, and the number you will call will direct you straight to Raquel, no matter how many times you call. Raquel said that she is not allowed to give me her supervisors’ contacts (emails or anything) and that she wouldn’t give me the contact information of the events organizers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP NOR TO ATTEND ANY OF THE EVENTS THAT FEVER ORGANIZES based on my experience with app’s customer service, and based on Raquel’s response when I asked “what would your supervisors prefer? To allow me to transfer the $90 towards another Fever event, or for a guest whom is contagious to attend an event that will make guests AND STAFF sick?!” And her response was “We don’t care!”.
I booked an event through this app, only to realize I couldn’t modify or change my booking after circumstances changed. Worse, they refused to provide any refund or alternative solutions, leaving me feeling completely scammed. For an app meant to make event planning easier, this was the exact opposite. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this app – once you book, you’re stuck, no matter what. Extremely disappointing and not user-friendly at all.
App is fine until you have an issue. I was overcharged by more than $40 on my recent purchase because an available discount was not applied at checkout & I didn’t catch it in time. When I contacted customer service no effort whatsoever was made to fix or in any way rectify the situation. The basically template email they sent in response just encouraged me to look out for future discounts in the app, they are completely delusional if they think I would use Fever again after this experience.
Fever had canceled the Forbidden Forest Experience on the original date we had scheduled without notifying customers until they arrived at the venue. Then they made it very difficult to reschedule. Now that two people in our party are sick on the rescheduled date, Fever refuses to reschedule again or refund. Please do not support this company who has no compassion for customers.
There were 2 events I couldn’t attend to due to a serious illness and from the time I started the inquiry there was no help. I had to follow up via chat, email, and phone just to hear that the tickets were are all non refundable and that nothing can be done with no exceptions or goodwill actions. They did not even want to give me a credit even when I used all my points. It was the worst customer service to deal with while being sick. Do not book any tickets with them unless you’re ok with having an emergency and not getting anything back because any response will be via email and they do not care and only want your money. Don’t do it especially with this economy. I lost almost $200 and would never recommend them nor buy any tickets. I have already told 20 people and more will know so this does not happen to anyone who is vulnerable with these type of businesses.
