I can log in one day and the next day can’t
The new integrated accounts work marvelously! Now instead of going to two different apps to get the information, I simply go to my FFB app boom I’ve got it done - much much better.
This app crashes every morning around 8am & every night around 7-7:30pm. I usually don’t have problems with the banking app but lately it’s been a bad experience.
This is the worst banking app Ive ever used. It doesn’t work half the time. If I click off of it even for a minute I have to log back in again. You cant see what the pending charges were paid to. Ive almost considered changing banks just because I hate this app so much
Have tried to use this app for years now and everytime it asks for the same information and then after I put in information it kicks me right back to the login screen to do the cycle over and over without ever letting me login.
Don’t bother leaving a poor review. It will only be deleted!
I’m seriously considering changing banks just because of this app. It’s been going on since the bank I was using was bought out. At first I thought maybe it was just start up bugs but this has been going on for about a year. Most of the you can’t log in because of maintenance, fixing problems, or it just refuses to let you log in. And it mostly happens at night or on the weekends. I’m so tired this. Getting my balance shouldn’t be this much hassle.
I love the way things are set up and the way the app is set up
If I had known how terrible this app was, I never would have switched to this bank! It won’t let you login anytime after 6pm because they think that’s an acceptable time to do an update everyday and as of today I have not been able to login even on the website. Worst bank app I’ve ever used or ever seen! I’m definitely looking into switching banks because it makes it very hard to transfer money or even check my balance.
Every few days the app doesn’t work because there fixing bugs. It’s ridiculous to have to do this every week! This time even the online banking from a laptop isn’t working either. I’m about ready to leave this bank. Ever since FFB bought First Financial Of Wynne it’s been ridiculous trying to transfer & check your online banking. I would not recommend this bank whatsoever.
