صدقني خدمات الاون لاين زباله مقياسها بالسالب شئ في منتهي التخلف

No way to reactivate token service and every time I have to call customer service of bank 3 or 4 times per day to solve the issue

أسوء خدمة اون لاين واسوء برنامج ولو فيه اقل من نجمة كنت اخترت

I hope I could put less than one star, every time it gives me wrong OTP however I called customer service 7 times in 3 days, used different phone and downloaded the app on a different phone

I wonder how customer service know that their program is malfunctioning for more than 2 years now and they keep leaving it the same , if you install it , you will never be able to be connected to your device with wrong OTP every time , called CS many times with no action or response.

Not professional , down without reason, no tech support,

Very very poor system please change it نظام سيئ جدا جدا يحتاج الي التحديث

Primitive app, slow, interrupted service. Completely unreliable. Token app not working for 2 weeks now. I called customer service for 5-6 times (roaming). Only answer, this is a general problem, we are updating our system, try to uninstall/ reinstall Token app after 30 minutes and try again!!

مش بيشتغل في السعودية ، وحتى بعد ما كلمت خدمة العملاء وعملوا تنشيط للبرنامج.. برضو مفيش فايده
