It takes forever to load, makes you load customers that aren’t even yours, and it just works terribly. When it comes to PEST ROUTES. I have never had one issue aside from rep spy messing up where it doesn’t show the correct person. This garbage has been out for so long, with no notable improvements. You cannot expect the app to stay open if you place a phone call, or if you have to answer a text from your manager or other customer. The app even crashes mid report, causing you to lose everything that you have entered. Due to this, it is a waste of time to use any of the equipment options. Just write what is legally required in the invoice and you’re fine. They constantly change this from PestRoutes to FieldRoutes but it gets categorically worse every time.
