After seeing the push for people in Nz to buy tickets I downloaded the app to buy. I set up the account and registered and tapped on the part to buy tickets. Sent off to a web page and entered my details. Still says I don’t have an account. I’m not signing up twice. The reason I didn’t buy in the first place was because I didn’t want to start a fifa account. That’s why people aren’t buying.

Every single time you open the app you have to log back in which is an absolute pain and sometimes you have to log on three or four times for it to actually work. Everything is slow, clunky and frustrating. I’ve been trying to do World Cup fantasy but I’ve given up because the app is so bad. Don’t even bother getting this app, stick to OneFootball and the Premier League app.

Went to open the app today - got the message “update avalanche” tapped the “update” button which took me to App Store. Tapped “open” (the only choice available) and it took me back to the app landing page. Which then changed to the “update available” screen … and so on and so on…
Just like trying to use the highlights page when I could use the app had ti keep going back to the home page after watching a video.
Watching videos also can’t use full screen on landscape! Image won’t rotate - so it’s quite small on portrait.

This “Russia 2018” app is just the regular FIFA app with a different name. It only shows matches for selected ‘Favourites’ by default, then when you click ‘Matches’, it shows me every FIFA sanctioned game in the world. You have to go into settings and choose World Cup each time you want to see World Cup matches. Why is it so hard to make a decent official tournament app?
