Good for testing on mobile, but can still be a lot better. With the new updates to the app itself and to figma as a whole(introducing Flows), the mirror function should be discontinued, as it gets confusing/conflicting when going through a flow (on the mobile app) and making live updates on other screens(on desktop) at the same time.
