I had high hopes for the Apple AirTag, but it turned out to be completely useless. You cannot actually locate items in real time the way it’s advertised. It only gives a general last-known location, and if the item moves, you’re pretty much out of luck. The signal is unreliable, the tracking is slow, and it heavily depends on other Apple devices nearby — which makes it practically useless in less populated areas. It’s frustrating and a waste of money. Definitely not something you can rely on when you truly need to find something important.

I love the play sound, it was vary helpful. I almost got a heart attack when I lost both my EarPods and the case until I used the app and the sound. The app is better this time than the past.

I tried to check on a phone for a location and it was sooooo slow to get the live location. I was pressing on it multiple times and I was still not getting the live location, I refreshed it but still nothing😡😡😡😡

Very useless and the locations it gave were very far from were i lost my phone and the play sound option doesn’t work neither does the direction option work

Since iOS 17 and the application is not working as expected and too many bugs and its useless now, i wish someone responsible from apple team check the issues on this app and specially now its iOS 18 and still same issue seven worth than before - its not notifying when mobiles are left behind - items are not updating the locations - when sharing the location with someone its showing them location not available

The app isn’t functioning as expected. I have an AirTag correctly located on my Mac, but the mobile app shows an outdated location. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Additionally, when I leave my phone behind, there’s no notification on my Apple Watch. I’ve raised a ticket with Apple Support over a year ago and still haven’t received a response. It’s frustrating to feel like no one is addressing these issues. Hoping someone can finally resolve this.

I lost my AirPods and tried using this app. All it said was location not found. Useless.
