Finnair

The app is in finnish and I cant change the language because I dont understand finnish. The finnair chatbot on their website cant help me because it doesnt understand me at all. The human people in the customer support cannot be reached and I am super frustrated with all this.

My booked flights don’t appear in the app and I’m not able to add them manually either. The app is also super slow, so it works only for checking your points balance.

Without logging in or having a booking you can’t check flight status. And Finnair website just refers to the app… 🤦‍♂️

Sämre app och service än Ryanair

1. Choose the seat in the app 2. The app says that the seat is reserved 3. proceed to check in 4. Opens up the webview to continue Result: The seat is not the one chosen from the app Instead is the pre-assigned one, try it several times and same result. what’s the point of allowing to choose the seat from the app? And the worse thing is, available seat is much more in the app then in the web, so I assume that there are plenty of empty seat available but just cannot be chosen successfully. Is really disappointed and please report the bug and fix it.

The app doesn’t work with regards to updates. Once the journey has been added there won’t be any status changes. I.e if check in is done on the web or in other device (if your traveling in a group) the app won’t register any changes. Also, frequent flyer number won’t register in the app and for a specified journey

Stuck in a loop for accepting the marketing data. Well done guys good job. Keep up the good work!

Finns ingen prisöversikt (tor). Går inte att ändra datum för ex hemresa, utan att man måste börja om. Mycket irriterande. Långsam. Betalningen med Eurocard funkade inte.
