Room to improve
I think that this application had many good factors with a few minor inconveniences. First, the app is a phenomenal idea, with artificial intelligence (A.I.) tracking your specific movements to perfect your form in workouts. This app is great for beginners, just starting to workout and targets specific area muscle groups. This app is truly innovative with their collection of workouts ranging from easy to hard. One small critique i have is to add some more workouts, and longer, harder workouts. Sets are about the right length, and workouts are fairly intense. I would like to see some more focus on legs, and make some more workouts in general. The design needs some work but. The AI works well to make sure your posture is perfect, though it can be tricked somewhat easily into giving reps. Overall, this app is great, at what it needs to do, the Ai just needs some tweaks, and the general verity can be improved. 3.5-4 stars
