I really like the idea of this platform but it’s really awkward to navigate and figure out.

With latest update the app doesn't seem to be working....it's frozen at " new features being zapped ...." and that's it , now that I found something interesting to rsvp.....what is going on mr cuban

Latest version of Fireside is looking sharp! I hopped in a show the other day and was greeted by the show host (not the first time), love the interactivity!

If you subscribe, know that it’s really hard to figure out the path to cancel your subscription. The app itself is chaotic and hard to navigate. It doesn’t seem worth it.

So disappointed in this app. I’m pretty tech savvy but can’t figure out how to use this. It’s very confusing and impossible to figure out how to do anything. There are no directions or help anywhere. Waste of money. I can’t even figure out how to join a chat. I had to delete the app because it sends hundreds of notifications and you can’t turn it off. It drives me crazy.

I was excited to hear this was founded by Mark Cuban but that might not be enough. The app is aesthetically pleasing but not very user friendly and hard to navigate. I'm fairly tech savvy and it took way too long to figure out what is what. I would rather it have less features and it be easier to understand otherwise a quantum mass of users isnt going to stick around on something that's not easy to use. Took me forever to even figure out how to change my bio. Still can't figure out how to change my name (accidently put my company name where my name should go). Hard to tell if a show is live or not. There's an interface that's scrolling thru random shows and switching without asking you. Interface is making suggestions on what I like even though it has no idea what I like? Multiple categories of content that are unclear and not enough categories divided by actual specific interests. If you have to train me on how to consume content on your app, it's too complicated.

In order to cancel. They send you an email receipt find it. At the bottom of the email you’ll see manage subscriptions. Click that. It will make you log in and it will send you another link to your email. Go to your email and click newly sent link. This is where you cancel your subscription.

Very jumbled and hard to navigate…counter-intuitive. No apparent way to choose between one contributor’s content and it automatically scrolls to other contributors. An absolute mess. I thought it would provide more depth interaction with contributors but it’s actually a superficial waste of time.
