Ok yesterday monring worked fine now will not load tried on 4 devices an Wi-Fi’s all other apps load fine

I haven’t been able to open the app for months. I’ve in/reinstalled several times and tried on different devices.

Suddenly, I am challenged to say I am a human each time I click the app. That was annoying, but acceptable until the verification began looping and did not admit me to the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Not happening to any other apps.

Perfect app for banking.

This app is very easy to use. It has multiple features that are helpful for my banking needs. I particularly like that I can transfer money to friends and family when I owe them for lunch and such things. It’s like Venmo, but quicker - it goes directly from my account to theirs.

The app often says it’s not a connection to load the app. I’ve checked for updates, I have a newer phone, and I have tried using data and my WiFi to get it to work. The deposit area takes forever to load sometimes; to where you could wait for hours or try another day and it’ll work seamlessly. It makes me feel like my money is not safe when I can’t access my account as needed, and I am thinking about changing banks because of it. Please fix this issue. It’s been going on for maybe a month or two now.

I have been a member for many many 40 years or so. I have always been treated well in all I have asked for :-)
