Fish Out Of Water!

I am disappointed that this game is now a subscription service to play. I would much rather be given the option to buy the game outright. Shame on your developers.

Was so excited to play this again just to found out you need a subscription. I only want to play this game😖. Would rather a one time payment just for this app.

I used to play this game years ago and I instantly downloaded it once I found it was playable again. But now I cannot play it any more do to hella expensive subscription. I would rather just pay $5 up front. Fix this.

I first downloaded this game back in 2016, it eventually got de-listed. It was left in a pretty bad space with progress being constantly wiped, but I still played the game. About a year ago I noticed that the game had been re-listed under the new name “Halfbrick+” a FREE way to play this classic game without ads and without in app purchases. A while later a received an email saying that Halfbrick+ was changing and that they would start charging you to play the game. That is INCREDIBLY scummy and shouldn’t be allowed. The fact that I downloaded this game in 2016 and they now wanted to charge me for it, after downloading the other Halfbrick+ games. Halfbrick+ was had the tagline of “Free FOREVER”. I expect better from Halfbrick. Do better.

Waited since 2013-14 for this game to return to the App Store. Now it’s back, I had a play for nostalgia, then got slapped in the face with a limited one time play and punched in the face with a subscription? For this? Ask me for $8 and I would of said “sure, why not”. Sad to see another great game company fall.

The OG players helped you build your brand… And now you want to screw us over? I’m not paying 170 freaking dollars for your games ! Goodbye Fish out of water and the rest of the half brick games that I never actually played anyway. See it’s like paying that amount of money for one silly game that I play five minutes every month or so

This game used to be fun when I was kid and I still is but you have to pay in the game to actually play it. It’s funny the app is free to buy but you have to pay monthly just to play the little game. Not worth the price. Literally making more money in a stupid way. No wonder why no one wants the game anymore.

Subscription? Really? Is this what you do to us after years of waiting? Pathetic, Halfbrick, pathetic. I expected more from you, I didn’t expect you to be so greedy.

OMG, I LOVE THIS GAME. I MISS IT SO MUCH. THANK YOU, IT WAS A EPITOME OF MY CHILDHOOD! :D WHEN I SAW THIS GAME BEING BROUGHT BACK IT FLIPPED MY DAY AROUND, THANK U!!!

Fish out of water, a game i loved during my childhood has FINALLY RETURNED! I am absolutely overjoyed, thankyou halfbrick, thankyou so much!
