Our seahorse no longer connects to the app as it is “older” despite buying it last year. It says we can still use it but it has defaulted to the lowest sound level and the shortest time making it useless. Very disappointed

I have the Soothing Motions bassinet with smart connect and cannot use it anymore due to the app discontinuing the support of it.
I bought the smart connect seahorse and they just took away the whole reason I got this one. So disappointed. My almost 2yo uses it every night. This was a huge bummer and makes it basically useless
Why sell an item who’s stand out feature is Bluetooth control, but than say you will no longer be supporting. It makes my purchase worthless!
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter but the app will no longer work after March. Defeats the purpose of buying the more expensive “smart” seahorse.
Muy bueno para mi hijo
My son loves the sea horse his Aunt gave him for Christmas. Unfortunately the app will not support the Sea Horse after ‘24 so the amazing lullaby tool will become a brick that looses all customizable functions. For this lack of support I can not recommend the Sea Horse or this app to anyone and it gives me pause in selecting any other Fisher Price toy that has app connectivity.
I love this product, paid 3x the normal price and find out it will be non-functional for the advanced features in 6 months. Wow, so sad. Thanks fisher price.
I got a message that starting in March of 2024, this app will no longer connect to my seahorse. Which means we’re stuck with the default settings on the seahorse and won’t be able to use our presets. The default setting is too loud and bright, and not being able to use our quieter and dimmer preset basically means this important soother for my daughter will be unusable. She has been using this her entire life, and she loves it. But now it’s ruined for her. And Fisher Price is sorry for the inconvenience? What the heck is going on? How hard would it be to continue to support this app and its devices? I’m sorely disappointed. This company is not what it used to be. It’s all about profit, and they have pennies to save.
It would be very nice to have a morning and evening routine for each day rather than being restricted to one routine per day.
