This is the first app i’ve ever felt the need to purchase that actually provides value yearly. It’s a game changer. I tell all about fitness friends about it. Some have even cancelled their trainers. Why spend hundreds of dollars when you have a trainer at your finger tips. Thank you so much for creating this life changing app. I now can do workouts both at home and at the gym without feeling like I know nothing.
The videos are quick and easy. Your team is amazing.
Lifetime Membership
Been using the app for 6 years now and absolutely love it. Got offered on Boxing Day to the a lifetime member and jumped on that very quickly. App is amazing and it takes the guess work out of building workouts and tracking. We have enough going on in our lives without having to figure out this too. Very cheap pricing for what you are getting.
Disappointing
At the start the app’s AI was very intuitive and did everything it promised. Really help to keep you wanting to go to the gym.
Now the AI seems non existent.
- gives workouts unrealistic with thin the requested time frame
- doesn’t remembers setting and always having to reset things
- the weight loads and PR levels seems to very a lot. Sometimes it’s way over; other times its way under
-doesn’t seem to account for changes in use or workouts very well. If you hit your PR the last time you long in, no matter how long ago that was, it will think you can do it again.
-lots of hand-holding with the app
The app has becoming just a database for exercises. Very little on the “personal coach/plans” side the app promises.
Excellent App - A Few Requests
I love this app! The fact that it gives you 7 free days before asking you to subscribe shows they are confident you’ll end up liking it, rather than making you commit upfront and then cancel if you remember!
The app is very easy to navigate, and the workout routines are amazing.
I just wish that in future updates, the banner photos would be changed to GIFs that play automatically, instead of being a separate option that takes you out of the reps.
Also, there should be a timer between the supersets.

Nothing like doing 2 bicep workouts, then doing triceps, to come back and do a superset with a heavy weight, and both exercises are for biceps. Yeah, I could edit the exercises, reps and weight but come on, i feel like i should be tearing a muscle at this point. The AI needs a rework for sure.
Ok But Not Great
App was good for the first few weeks to get things on track, but there is lots of glitches, and the exercises sometimes seem to be completely random. For instance, 4 back to back to back to back biceps exercises and they expect you to lift a max on the 4th exercise.
Seems like there hasn’t been many new features added, but I’m stuck with it for a year so I’ll manage.
I like the app
This app is very good but please make it free with light ads and people can pay to remove them for the people who don’t want to pay
Re: Recent update
The recent update broke the app in my opinion. Making it hard to use, specifically while logging reps. Been using it from last 4 years but this is changing my mind to find try different. Is there a way to revert back to the previous version? Thank you
Not satisfied
I used this app to find the ideal workout for me but got completely different projections and workout recommendations and plans.
Enjoying the app
I am really enjoying the app. But I do wish I could exclude body weight exercises from my home gym profile. When I have access to all the equipment in my home gym I don’t want to do body weight exercises. Instead I reserve body weight exercises for those days when I don’t have access to a gym. E.g. when travelling for work. The only way around this is the “exclude” the specific exercise or manually switch them out. If I exclude it it will exclude it for all profiles, including those I have made for body weight only. For example when I’m at the gym the app will put push up’s into my routine. So I exclude it but then when I do a body weight routine it will not include push ups because I excluded it previously. Please add this option! Otherwise great app.
