Tremendously disappointed by this app lately. Generating workouts take forever, sometimes they dont show at all and I’m just sitting, waiting for the spinning wheels to stop. Was just halfway through the workout when it stopped working, I couldn’t get into an exercise to see how many reps and log sets. Went out (didn’t quit app) and came back in only to find they were generating a new workout when I didn’t even finish the last one. Really really terrible! What happened? I used to subscribe and used it daily. I cancelled my subscription for the next cycle some months back (gyms have reopened) but I believe my current subscription IS STILL VALID. Are you purposely making this app glitchy once we cancel or what’s up???
Recommended weights can’t be better. Always off and recommended a too light weight even though I have used this apps for at least 3 years
Just started 2 days with this app. Easy to keep track of progress.
Really a great app which do help with amazing progression and huge gains. Just still got some glitches with watch app synchronization.
The calorie calculations takes the factor of time as the main factor even without exercise the calorie counter keep increasing per minute Please fix Urgently
Loving every minute of using the app for my workout. Because of the minor tweaks that the app introduces for every workout, I’m actually looking forward to every workout as a new small challenge, apart from the obvious looking forward for heavier weights to lift.
This app shows which muscles to avoid when recovering and plan your next workout according to fresh muscle group! If i’m on vacation with no gym equipment available I can easily create a 2nd profile without weights and the app will plan the workout using body weights only.
Great app please add a setting to turn off max effort workouts, I don’t incrementally use weights throughout sets would be nice to not have to keep disabling randomly whenever it appears for a workout
