Feature suggestions: - end of workout notification: if I haven’t logged any rep for X amount of time, push a notification to complete the workout. I love the app. Couple of things I’d like to see added: - when I see the previous weights I lifted I get confused as it combines what I did as a single exercise and what I did in superset. For example, if I do triceps on superset, I end up doing less reps or weight than when doing just that exercise at a time. It should show in the history of the exercise an icon or something that highlight that weight & reps were done as part of a superset.

La app se adapta al nivel y prioridades de uno en el gym y te da exactamente lo que le pides. Es una pena que la última actualización de esta la ha roto para mi Apple Watch (Serie 3 / watchOS 8). Era el principal dispositivo en el qué la usaba.

Step up ur training with this one. Great for a beginner like me who wants better results

I just started using it and it really makes already the difference. The app is very well thought, I like a lot how it displays all the metrics and evolution and tracks the recovery of muscle groups. One thing I would like to add to it is on the Body section at the Weight tab the possibility to enter also the parameters of Fat, Muscle, and other body components to see better the results. Sometime the weight is a too general indicator of you are into fitness.

La aplicación es muy buena y funciona. Me gusta mucho pero seria genial que estuviese traducida en más idiomas.

Llevo pocos días con ella pero de momento estoy contento con su funcionamiento. Me gusta: la cantidad de opciones que tiene para generar rutinas, las rutinas que genera y las opciones para modificarlas. También que las que más te gusten puedas guardarlas. Podría mejorar el tema de las estadísticas con las medidas corporales (que no he visto si se pueden poner esos datos). Y lo del idioma estaría bien pero no me parece tan importante.

I expected so much from this app, I thought it will make my workouts easier, more well-organised and structured, but in fact I just struggled all the time: (for example how to return to my training if I settled it one day before the gym? how to save it? How to return to my previous trainings? How to reset it and start from the beginning? etc) . The interface is too complicated and it is hard to use it. I just want the program to tell me what to do, like a personal coach, I don ‘t want to waste my time reseting all this parameters in app, writing all these numbers and try to find everything what I set for myself after because it is hard or impossible. Sorry guys just too many problems with it- I even haven’t been to the gym but have already lost the first training, so I don’t think that I am ready to spend my money for extension because I don’t feel happy
