In the iPhone based on iOS12, when you use our smart scale to measure your weight, the relevant data supports synchronization with Apple Health.

This application is a family weight data recording application. All data is for reference only for weight control and long-term exercise and fitness monitoring. It is not used as a medical device data basis. If you have medical diagnosis or treatment decisions, please consult your doctor and other medical staff.

I just bought a scale and this app won’t let me past the registration as it says it cannot reach server. Laughed when I see that reviews from over a year ago are stating the same things - and they’re still not fixed.
Returning the scale and deleting this worthless app.

This app needs a lot of work. The layout is not the greatest. Beyond that, it doesn’t show you previous weigh in’s and it should. I don’t want to use their charts, I want to know what I weighed in 3 days ago. A recurring issue. And I want to properly compare the rest of the info. When weighing for the day, it should show the difference between the day before. Awful, but functional. But needs more.

Tried it with ablegrid scale.  This is supposed to show you bmi, heart rate blah blah blah.  
It says it’s connected and goo to go and only 1 of 15 weight ins actually got recorded.  But only weight and none of the other things.

Never had such problems with any app. Installed, and delete because mixed the values between two users. I thought was user error. Tried to correct - mission imposible. Deleted, and reinstalled . Paid attention, but : Same thing happened. Trash is the name for an app like this

It measures a few days then it doesn’t . It keeps telling me my Bluetooth is not connected. I tried every way to fix it. I even contacted help. That did not work either. I have given up. Not worth getting.

When you sync your scale to the app it plays a little tone which has the effect of pausing the currently playing media which does not start playing again. Please use the APIs properly!

I have been using this app with smart scale for 1.5 months and today is the second time when my account suddenly doesn’t exist and it’s failed to send a verification code.if I tried to register one more time it says that account is already registered. But I can’t login with it :)) so I’ve used already two different accounts and both of them now don’t exist and exist at the same time but without any possibility to use them. Miracle.
Support doesn’t support - they sent my their general script how to use their app and that’s all. I said that it didn’t help and they just stopped to answer. One more miracle.

Worked the first day and then after that it stopped connecting. Been waiting my cell for nothing. Did not register any data in the last three days. Does not work in the background. It causes confusion when you set up the Apple Watch app so don’t bother installing it because that’s probably why it stopped registering in the first place.

Here is what is RIGHT about the app:  It looks nice, and it appears well designed for the purpose. If it worked properly I would be giving it 5 stars.  

Here is what is wrong with the app: (Note that I am testing it with an iPhone 14 and an Apple watch 7. Making this work with an Apple watch is a deal-breaker for me because that is the only way that it will be convenient enough that I will record my weight every morning.)  

(1) It connected to the watch immediately, and operated properly the first time the first time, after that you needed to press “cancel” to exit the result.  After the first time it no longer works - when you press the “measure” button it goes to a please step” screen and nothing happens.  The only way to make it work again is to force the app to close and re-start it. 

(2) When you record your weight using the phone, it is possible to make it automatically write the weight to Apple health.  This is important because this provides many features that are lacking or broken in the app.  However, if you do manage to record your weight with your watch, it gets written only to the app and not to Apple health.  This is strange because the app is obviously communicating with Apple health, but it refuses to communicate records saved from the watch app.  

(3) there are a few bugs in the program (noted by others).  The strangest one is this: when you click on the calendar to open observations for a given day, you need to click on the day after the one you want to see!  It seems like the programmers of the app have never actually tested it themselves, at least not using an iPhone and Apple watch.  The app shows almost daily updates, so goodness knows what they are actually fixing.  Not the bugs apparently.  

(4) When you submit a question for help, you get a meaningless standard reply that is not helpful. 

(5) I was confused from the beginning which app I was supposed to install:  FitDays, or FitDays+ (same author).  In the end I chose the non plus app because I think the plus app is mainly for iPad (even though you can install on a phone).  Why cant this be made clear?  I hate wasting my time on ambiguity.

Anyway, I will come back here and update this review if any of this gets fixed.   I hope it does because otherwise I may need to return this scale and buy one that works with my watch.

Wow, the dev in this needs to go back to school. First I had trouble registering. Now I can’t even put my “nickname” into the personal information page and you can’t proceed without it.

Simply unworkable. Icon disappears from screen   Pages lock. No options to reload. Help section bears no resemblance to app and now I can't even get back to the app. Originally downloaded for an electronic scale which I will be returning to the store. The whole thing is a waste of time and money.

### ***-- "Manual recording/app bugs"
Wish when manual recording I could type my exact weight in rather than sliding it through a slider since it takes time to do that.

Also I noticed that when I weigh myself, it will show that I weigh 152.4lb but will record 152.6lb on the app, which leaves me to have to delete that in the database and manually record it every time which is frustrating cuz that means that I can only see my weight and BMI and nothing else when I do that.
