I’m losing weight day by day it’s awesome. When I was in 3rd grade I was body shamed and bullied because of the way I looked. I was traumatized since I was a kid and now I’m insecure about my weight and this app helps me so much with my weight loss and feel a little better about myself. Hope people can give this a chance and see how much it could help them to whatever problem there going through and they ask about your mental health and see how your day. Blessings to everyone who tries it.🫶🏼🙏🏽

Great app! Amazing workouts, great meals. But just for the future have people put in what allergies they have so that you don’t suggest meals that they are allergic to. Just a suggestion!

I think that this is a really great app because it tells you to drink water tracks it and also uses the Health app to help it when you want to stop it says stopping is not an option. I think that was very good because it really just helps and you can lose weight and do many more things and I like that when you’re on the out that you’re doing it silent and it shows you how to do it and I like the silent because it’s silent then you can really just play music or anything I love it!
