Horrible Customer Support
Horrible customer support. I’ve been trying to get an authorization hold released from an order that was canceled three weeks ago. Attempted to speak with a supervisor spending the last week nicely trying to get it resolved as the merchant said they have done everything on their end to have it released over two weeks ago. I spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to speak with a supervisor but it took three “accidental” transfers back to the main number before a Supervisor spoke with me and said that I have to do their work for them and request a letter from the merchant stating the order was canceled. When I attempted to do a three way call with merchant the Supervisor hung up the call. DO NOT use this card in anyway
