sucks

spent 2 hours typing in all the cards i needed then i reopened it a day later and all but 4 of them were deleted, this is garbage

Horrible

App keeps freezing. It doesnt ask you to create an account when starting. So when I started the app, I created a deck and then created an account and lost the entire deck.

Deletion of work

I made a big list of study terms and the app glitched and deleted them all. I had only been using the app for about 2 hours. Not impressed at all.

Force close

Hi , my biggest problem with the app is that during my deck review it force closes and I have to start the deck from the beginning at it’s annoying please fix this issue tnx 💚🩵

Can’t create account

Tried variations to make account, needed to use other premade decks and save your own.

Doesn’t keep date

Won’t let you sign up for an account but also deletes all your cards if you use a guest account

Can’t create account

I can create and drill my new flash cards pretty well, but to use other features I have to create an account. I create a user name, provide an email address, and create a password. Then when I click to create the account, nothing happens.

Gutted

I made about 2 month’s worth of flash cards, and then I realized I didn’t make an account, then I decided to make one, then the app started crashing immediately. Kept restarting the app, had to restart my iPad, then I just had to give up and delete and reinstall the app. Lost all my flash cards. Gotta do better team.

Terrible

Customer service disappeared. Unable to log into account lost all my progress. Very sick of this app

Eats through storage and keeps crashing

After spending an hour creating flashcards, I started getting error messages saying to restart the app because it couldn’t save any more changes. Then I realized my iPhone storage was suddenly full—somehow, this app was taking up 1.25 GIGABYTES of storage. This makes absolutely no sense. The content I used to create my cards couldn’t have amounted to more than 30 megabytes at MOST. I still really wanted to use the app, so I deleted some other stuff from my phone, redownloaded this app (it kept crashing so I had to delete it), and tried again. The same thing happened, even though I had freed up more storage space. I’m at a loss for words. Every flashcard app I can find either costs an arm and a leg or is hopelessly dysfunctional. Why is it so hard to find a basic app at a reasonable price that actually works??
