Even though I have used this platform and have been happy with it, there is no real protection from ruthless managers that will blacklist you or send you off with unreasonable terms. They should not be given such power to abuse. Flexii also does not protect their staff from bullying from in house staffs. For instance, we are treated as the weakest link and do their hardest jobs but still not treated as their staff.
