The app has some nice features, but the ACARS only shows one pilot message per flight, not all of the messages as advertised. There is some AI assistance for describing ATC actions which are incorrect. It has potential once the bugs are worked out, but it’s not worth the price at this point.

Online sources say there is a free option, but that’s only a trial that lasts 72 hours. The plans are so expensive. Unless tracking flights and updating airports is your job, I don’t recommend this. Use FR24 or something else instead.

Apple billed me for the subscription after i forgot to cancel, immediately tried to refund and even though I had not even touched the app since i started the free trial was denied a refund. Tried to contact the customer support about this issue by the email provided in the app and have had no response. I can therefore not recommend this app unless customer support actually responds to me.

I downloaded this because it looked good. I realized quickly that the app has a guided, ad-adjacent intro sequence that shows you the same kind of Forbes reviews that you’d see on fake ad websites, it then has a mandatory popup asking you to rate the app. Before you’ve even signed up, 5 seconds after opening the app for the first time. 

Then they request you to immediately input payment information before you see how the app works. You can select “weekly $12.99” or “yearly $69.99” and you can’t progress without subscribing. 

Also, if you close the app and open it again, it once again spams you for reviews. Absolutely TERRIBLE dev decisions here, anti consumer, ad adjacent spamware.
