Had a connecting flight from Vancouver to Edmonton. App told me it was China airlines when it was suppose to be Westjet. Confused me.

This company is NOT accredited by the BBB. In fact, they will list impossibly low prices, only to screw you over later. For example, my airline requires us to check in online. The only way to do that is through the flight network app. The app fails to check us in. No reason given, it just magically fails. This means I’ll be spending $200 tomorrow just to check in, because of the ‘failure’ of this app.

For over 30 days I have been trying to get my refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. After numerous phone calls and emails to the company, the responses I get are either the airline can cancel whenever they want and not issue a refund or we have contacted our refund department and they will be in contact with you. I spoke to the airline directly and they even sent me a copy of the refund processed to the Flightnetwork. Absolutely awful experience. Bad business practice and my case has now been escalated to the Canadian Transportation Board. Sure prices are cheap through the site but you seriously get what you pay for. Hope this site gets shut down soon.

The checkin procedure did not ask about any checked baggage or seating selections.

I booked my round trip flights with Flight Network. Never again- the flights were, after booking, swapped with ones on the day after and the day before, respectively. my trip was shortened by two days and I was not notified of the changed flights at all. I had expensive tickets to an event taking place just 2 hours after the first of the changed flights and we were forced to rush home and sprint to our hotel, which kindly allowed us to change the dates we were staying without fuss. We also had to change our anniversary plans because the second flight was moved onto what was going to be a very special day. I will be deleting this app and booking directly from the airline next time.

The company overall engages in deceptive practices and hits customers with several hidden fees. This has been the worst experience of my life. The app itself is part of the company so this is a fair review (even though the developer is replying otherwise).

You would think you are booking your tickets for a cheap price but there is a hidden price to pay at the airport.. Here is the story - I have booked my flight through Flightnetwork to travel from London to Belgrade. The day before our flight I wanted to check in online but their system kept giving me errors that I cannot check in online. When we went to the airport the next day to check in at the desk we were told that we have to pay $130 extra for 2 ppl to check in. I had no choice but pay because we needed to take this flight. When I contacted Flightnetwork customer service they have told me they cannot refund me because I had to check in online.. Now the question to Flightnetwork - how can I check in online if your system keeps giving error messages? I have sent a print screen of the errors to your customer service. Not a way to go..

So simple and easy to use.

Flight Network won’t help you with anything, just forwarding your call to one another and has no focus on helping their customers. They even downgraded our flight without our consent and KEPT THE REFUND FROM THE DOWNGRADING TO THEMSELVES. What’s how they treat their paying customers.
