I find it a bit annoying to have to open the app each time i have to go to the gym you guys could do like ticketmaster and put in the qr code into the wallet so it would be easier to pull up my apple wallet to acces my gym

Honestly, whoever designed this app must have moonlighted in a circus! The UI is a circus of chaos, and I’m half-expecting an actual clown to pop out any second. Want to check a full week’s schedule? Good luck with that! Missing class info, no descriptions, and buttons that sometimes just decide they’re on a break. It’s like the app can't decide what size it wants to be, either—mismatched fonts and button sizes all over the place. And let’s talk about the color palette—puke brown? Really? That’s not a trend I see catching on anytime soon. Oh, and why are there two spots for the membership barcode on the front page? I guess redundancy is a feature now? Overall, it feels like the app's slogan should be: “The One-Stop Shop for Turning Your Fitness Business Into a Hot Mess!”

Easy to use once you are in and you have a plan, but terrible when you are trying to find/register to a new/different gym.

Très bonne app. Problème avec le dark mode, on ne voit plus les heures de cours qui sont inscrites en noir. Même chose si on choisi un thème claire, lorsqu’on sélectionne des réglages les cases deviennent sombres et on ne voit plus ce qui est écrit en noir en dessous. Il n’y a pas d’inversion de couleur qui se fait.

Impossible de changer l’heure de son gym. Je m’inscris pour un cours du matin, je me desinscris pour raison pro (ça arrive souvent) je veux m’inscrire au créneau du soir, impossible car j’ai déjà souscrit à un cours dans la journée. Je suis donc obligé de déranger le coach pour qu’il le fasse lui même. Donc aucun intérêt d’avoir cette application

Bonjour, Je ne suis pas capable de sélectionner mon institution bancaire lorsque je veux faire un prélèvement bancaire pour le paiement. L’application se ferme quand j’arrive pour la sélectionner… est-ce que c’est normal?
