Very useful app!
It was a pleasant trip to Banff! On time and very clean. The only one I can suggest is that they will have a pick up point on the Shawnessy or Sommerset side.

Fares
A payment was taken from my account the following day after I already took my bus trip. And apparently no refund will be issued. So … they just helped themselves to $39.00 Of my hard earned pay !!
Bus cancelled and provided vouchers instead of refund
Took a flix bus for the first time. Trip was smooth and as expected. Bus was on time. The seats incline quite a lot so don’t expect to do any work on your laptop. During my second trip back, my bus got cancelled and instead rescheduled for an earlier bus. My flight schedule would not allow me to take this earlier bus so I requested a refund which the customer service says they can only provide vouchers instead of full refunds. I would have been completely fine with getting a full refund considering they cancelled my original bus. This was annoying as now I had my money stuck with flix and I had to pay more for a last minute bus ride with another company.
Toronto
Not good in Canada. Horribly unclean buses and the customer service team is very rude and not understanding. Many times I went on these buses and there wasn’t a working bathroom or wifi. Truly horrible experiences, especially in toronto and the gta.

Not sure why it say 2 seats available and only lets me pick 1 My first time on FlixBus and so far booking us not convenient and no contact phone #
Bus not stopping at the bus stop…missing bus
Absolutely ridiculous… I waited at the right bus stop and the bus didn’t stop and the driver saw me waiving it down…Flix bus Carleton place is the worst…it’s pray it’s stops and they won’t give you any refunds…they’ll say they mark you absent…the worst…absolute worst
Absolutely frustrating
I’m trying to load my tickets into Apple Wallet but I keep seeing duplicate tickets instead of all my actual tickets (4 different ones). I’ve tried multiple times, even deleted, and this is absolutely frustrating to use.
