App not working
This has been happening for past couple of years, and you Are not fixing it. 1. Filtera no matter how you Set them, don’t filter 2. Live bus tracking - non existing, as if your bus is late and you Are waiting for it with over 2h, with 40 people it is showing on time, or error. 3. Customer support, not solution orijntrd, The replay is always The same And this, happend for past 3 years, everytime I use your app
I’ve got hit by bus driver
This is not the first time I face complete unprofessionalism from the bus drivers from Flix . Yes , they have good roots , lots of buses in schedule but in the end you are gonna be left with a poor service . On the bus from Venice to Pula on 07.01.24 I’ve been hit by one of the bus drivers , other saw everything and didn’t do anything, I gladly came to my destination, but was furious about the situation . Try to use some other local companies , this one doesnt care about their customers . I’ve already sent 2 emails and a witness sent 2 as well , no answer followed ! AVOID THEM at all times !
Worst ever abusing cheapest prices except Hollidays ofc
I am from Croatia and let me tell u this one, our drivers are the worst! Rude to people, yelling, cursing I even witnessed letting 2 drunk passengers without ticket who were puking several hours later They put the heating on so high even though if u ask them to step it down a notch, I mean there was a pregnant lady being sick and they did not care! They through baggages like potatoes Not all of them are like that but 90% of them! I can literally show u when I see their face. Mean mean people. Every time I am ashamed of my country and after so many complaints u are not doing a single thing about it. So yes- 70 euros for a trip to berlin, 17,30 h with the most awful service, yes it’s a lot
