Horrible experience!
I was left stranded late at night as a solo female traveler due to FlixBus's poor communication and lack of accountability. Despite following their instructions, the bus left without confirming if all passengers had boarded. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to take any responsibility, hiding behind policies instead of addressing safety and communication concerns. This was my first time using FlixBus in India, and it was a nightmare. I would not recommend this service to anyone—especially solo travelers. Choose another provider if you value reliability and safety.
Unsafe and Threatening Behavior by Staff
I had a deeply unsettling experience with FlixBus India. The driver and service attendant not only argued but also issued threats, making the journey extremely unsafe. They repeatedly warned me that if I posted a video of the incident on social media, they wouldn’t spare me and even claimed to have all my personal details. Such behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about passenger safety and privacy. I urge the company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure the safety and well-being of their customers.

Driver doesn’t stops to do pee even when I told that I am a single kidney patient ..Delhi to Ujjain .and back. Also never use this bus service

What’s wrong with this app they suddenly increase the price few months ago i travel from Chandigarh to delhi and vice versa the ticket price is 257 but now they changed the bus timings and fare to 800 - 1200 . I would love to rate 5 star but due to this i’m giving 2. Please improve this

Flix bus dropped me at 12 km away from my booked destination because they are already late to their last bus stop and I missed my train. And in between my travel they stopped bus to take commercial luggage in mid of highway which delayed 45 mins Also bus has some technical issues The journey took more hours than usually takes. DO NOT TAKE FLIX BUS SERVICE ❌
