Cannot pay, always fail! Fix it!!

need more improvement, the payment transaction often failed.
Worst app and help
I have 2 bad experiences with flixbus, the first time happened 2weeks ago. I tried to book ticket to frankfurt, i already made payment and the app suddenly error. When i tried to contact the customer service they said that they didnt receive any payment from me. Then my friend made a booking again and the app got error for the 2nd time. We tried to check the junk email and we found the tickets there, we tried to contact flixbus because the app was error and the customer service said they didnt receive the payment so we asked for the refund but they said that they couldnot help us because it is the app fault not them? What? They made an app to make us easier. The 2nd time was i put the wrong name to the ticket and i tried to change it because they say that we can change it, but i couldnt change it because they said that we use the voucher? We just want to change the name and i have to buy another ticket. Please change the system, i already love with flixbus but recently, it dissapoint me a lot.

Why there is not possible to use facebook account? In regular website you can login using it.

Terrible & horrible experince with flix bus
I bought ticket prague - budapest, transit in Vienna. First bus from prague - vienna was delay for 2 hours, which is i cannot catch the 2nd bus to budapest on the same day. This my first time using flixbus and so horrible. They dont have any compensation even for my ticket bus. Its really difficult get contact with the hotline as well. The ground staff dont care with customer problem.

Super easy to use the app and very nice interface too. I have tried using Flexibus once and the whole journey while riding on the bus is very comfortable. It's very on time as well, so you could really rely on the schedule. Definitely recommended to use this service whenever it's possible. compliment!
