I had to wait near 4 hours for my bus to come and they didn’t even tell the passengers what happened
When I book a ticket, it says that due to a makeover, the Apple Wallet passbook is not available, even if they say in App Store that it’s Wallet friendly. It’s not very comfortable to be searching mails when we have Wallet available in our phones
Left me hanging with the broken functionality. Be very careful when using as no one is taking responsibility and feel accountable in this company
I am a regular customer of Flixbus. However two weeks ago, I tried to buy a ticket for €21.99. The app said “Gateway Error” and charged me the money, but then glitched out and I received no ticket or confirmation. I have tried to get a refund from Flixbus for this error but they are refusing to do so and now ghosting my emails asking for assistance. Disgraceful customer service, wasted my time and money.
Staff just charged me for luggage witch I already had paid. I send email to the app and after two weeks I still don’t have the answer. I feel literally stoled. I don’t recommend
If anyone is even considering using flixbus I beg of you to stay away from them. They are a complete shambles. I bought two tickets for a 2am bus from one European city to another. When waiting at the bus stop, as directed on their app, the bus never showed up. This left my friend & I stranded in a foreign city in the middle of the night during a thunderstorm with no accommodation or transport. When I tried to contact them while waiting at the stop (by phone & FB messenger) no one answered me. They are quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I love the concept of traveling by bus and I found Flixbus a great way to reach fast and cheap your destination without struggling with driving marathons within the family. This time though, I got a bit disappointed as 4 people almost lost the ride in Zagreb. Unfortunately, not in the app where was mentioned a small delay nor in the electronic ticket there was a reliable information about the platform. Lucky we were that I got a gut instinct and asked a driver on the last platform if he has news and he confirmed that was our bus. With the heart beating we catch it last minute though we were in the station 40 minutes ahead of time. His could be perhaps a service for the APP to be improved with. Beside this experience I will definitely suggest it!

Very easy to use. All the info you could need is right there at your fingertips. It even updates your arrival times if there's a holdup on route. Fantastic service. I wish that there was an equally good app for bus eirean!!!
