Водителям вообще все равно на сколько они опаздывают, какая температура на улице и куда едут пассажиры далее. Ехали из Дрездена в Прагу, автобус опоздал почти на час, в приложении об этом ни слова, смс тоже не было, хотя я подключил. Ребята которые ехали рядом с нами опоздали на самолёт из-за такой задержки. Так что учитывайте, что отправка с опозданием почти на час это у них норма.

Не нравится, что водители курят во время движения и что туалет всегда не работает. Но в целом если альтернативы нет, можно пользоваться

Why give the opportunity to book and pay for seats in the front row, if drivers forbid to sit it down and send to look for empty seats in the cabin? The second time I find myself in a stupid situation, that I have to argue with the driver and persuade him to let me take a seat in the front row, for which I actually paid. And he does not want anyone to sit there 🤯

I love the app and the service, but today I got a notification that Russian language won’t be supported in the app anymore. Really disappointed in FlixBus!

The app is good but each time I launch it it demands that I allow notifications. I don’t want to do it! Very irritating.

In case your management wants to know, next time I'd rather pay more for any other transportation than use FlixBus service. This service is a real disaster. Not only are the buses constantly late, I can't even get my money back for an almost instantly cancelled trip. I have never requested a refund for a late bus, and now in my difficult situation, FlixBus just spits in my face. That is such a pity. Your management is well aware that I will not be able to sell this voucher, because no one needs it, it is only valid for less than one year, and it is too risky to buy a voucher. I'm really shocked by this kind of customer service.
