Makes booking a trip a lot easier
Trying to rebook buses is much easier on OurBus and other lines.
I have a 50% coupon becuz they missed a bus. No where on app to apply it I kept entering my correct phone number and so would not accept it. So now I can’t get delay texts.
I arrived on time for my scheduled departure, found the bus and driver who said the bus was broken down. In a rush to make alternative arrangements, I ordered a ticket for a later departure from nearby, before realizing it was on the same broken down bus. Then I booked a ticket on a later, distinct bus. I reached out to customer service about this, and they lied about the departure time, claimed the broken down bus had run just minutes late from the first stop then over an hour late from the second stop. They failed to provide service, then took no responsibility for their failures. Better to go with another company that doesn’t lie and cheat you.
I booked tickets for New York-Boston with my girlfriend. The bus, which was at 9 am, never showed up . When I asked the staff ‘s waiting in my FlixBus New York Midtown location about why the bus was late and when it would come, they conveyed that it was late due to traffic. Later, when I called +1 (855) 626-8585, they said that the bus was canceled, my hotel reservation, the meeting I was going to attend, everything was turned upside down. I tried to make a new booking, after talking to the customer representative for after waiting more than 20 minutes, she told me that she could arrange a ticket for 2, he asked me to wait on the line, like 2 min later she was back, she told me that there was no ticket available, I just talked to the customer representative and asked for a full refund from the trip, but they said they couldn't make a refund due to the company policy. Do not use this bus company at all, if you do not want to experience greater disgrace, please choose other alternatives.

Flux Bus has a great app for finding itineraries and booking trips. And I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their service.
Do NOT ride a flix bus. There were small roaches crawling next to my head on the outside of the bathroom cubicle. There was also a stench throughout the entire bus. There was a woman, who I believe to be homeless, sleeping on the floor at my feet. Both of the bus drivers did not speak English so I was unable to communicate with them. One of the drivers left a stop before the 20 minute break was up and left behind a few people. Not only that, but the bus was over an hour late to the arrival destination. Absolutely disgusting. I cancelled my return trip because I refuse to travel in such filthy conditions ever again. When you cancel, they only offer you a voucher for another trip through their company. They refuse to refund my card. Similarly, they refused to give me a refund for my departure trip despite the filthy conditions and the bus arriving over an hour late. Do NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Most have been falsified.
