Last year, we had a debit card compromised and Florence went out of their way to make the whole situation so much less stressful. They helped us in a unusual situation find an unusual solution that our other banks weren’t willing to do. Very grateful.

This latest version is finally useful and easy to use. Thanks! Keep up the good work!!

Love the new app. Much improved except that there are long pauses sometimes after executing a command/request. I take it back… to post this requires a nickname which is far more challenging to come up with that one would imagine AND why is it necessary?

It does not allow Touch ID despite my having the setting set to accept Touch ID. It did accept it for a bit then stopped again.

3/4 times I try to open my app to transfer money it takes too long and I wind up overdrafting my account or using a different card. I’ve tried to make it not possible to overdraft but it’s still happening. Why does it feel like this org is running on 2/3 as many people as it needs?? Please update the app and make the default be rejecting the card

This app was handy but now it doesn’t work. Once I enter my login info it just shows me a blank white screen, this has been happening for weeks. I no longer live in western mass and need to mobile deposit some checks but I can’t! Please fix this bug!

I have been a happy Florence Bank customer for years, service is top notch, so it’s worth dealing with the troublesome app, but it has always been clunky, slow and buggy, not getting any better over the updates, just clunky, slow and buggy in different ways 🤨

Please improve functionality of the app! It does not work well!
