Wouldn’t let me put in my payment info in account settings til I got to the garage. Then wouldn’t let me change the selected time. Had a hard time locating the garage in drop down menu. However, under the settings portion of the app it shows I have 5 saved cards for payment and a default card. When brought to the attention of Flowbird customer support, I was told “just don’t use the app” if you don’t want to enter your full card details every time you purchase a ticket. To start, it takes forever to log in (it should allow you to stay logged in). Then, it gives you the option to enter your parking details up top but when you select your parking space (which also isn’t very clear to), it has you re-enter your parking details. Then, when selecting the payment method it NEVER allows you to select from the preexisting cards saved. Just walked a mile back to my car to “pay by text.” Update your app to make this a better experience will ya. The zone clearly labelled on the meter may as well be Oz for all the good it did. Seriously, for 100 years we managed to put a quarter in the slot and got our allotted time. What did we do to deserve this? So basically they charged me twice and told me too bad. Cities shouldn’t use scam apps like this anymore. I will use the meter from now on. Terrible app and customer service.
