Firstly, the payment didn’t link to my account. I wasted a lot of time dealing with their customer support to find out and resolve the issue. The customer support asked me to wait but just disappeared. I asked how many time I have to wait but no answer. I wrote email again then they finally replied, that’s 2 days after. Secondly, I had 2 practices on the same day, but only 1 practice was shown in the Meeting, which means I only received feedback and transcripts for one of my practices. I contacted customer support again, and they said it’s my issue. They did not provide a resolution and just pushed the problem to me.
