Fly Delta

The app is ok but it doesn’t show any information when in flight and not have internet. Most airline apps store information offline and don’t require a login every single time to show the information.

I’m disappointed that Delta does not award mileage points if you travel on basic. The message that comes across is you haven’t flown. I respect and understand the different types of accommodations in an aircraft and it’s fees. However, regardless where you’re sitting you are flying from point A to B. Accruing mileage points every traveler looks forward to, it feels you’re being penalized for purchasing a seat in Basic Economy and not in main cabin. I hope that you will take my comment into consideration. I know I’m not the only one feeling like this.

Delta is the best app and company in the Airline business. Thank you for buying the Rights back to the Delta Center! I will always Love Delta <3

See above, hasn’t worked in a year. Upcoming flights don’t show. Just says ‘explore more’. Honestly it’s just annoying to have a widget that doesn’t work. Why have the widget? I can’t decide if it’s more annoying that they hate their patrons or just are indifferent to them?

I kept getting the "Your device memory is too low to complete this task" popup when trying to book a flight so I gave up

Easy check in

It keeps taking me to the website where I have to log-in and find my flight all over again. Just figuring out how to enter my known traveler number was a journey similar to Odysseus’s. It is super frustrating to use and making me use the website completely negates the entire point of the app.

Regardless of how I’m connected (fast 5G or WiFi), Face ID login is extremely slow on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The app overall has become slow for common operations in general. Also seeing relevant info like landing time, aircraft type / model, etc should be on the trip main screen.

The app automatically overrides your brightness setting and cranks it to max. This is useful for getting your boarding pass scanned but super frustrating when you’re just checking something and are blinded

Now I no longer will fly with this airline. Ladies and gentlemen exit stage Southwest.
