Fly Delta

Compared to other airline apps that I frequently use, Delta has almost every time a message that it cannot open that function at the moment. Most common are seating charts, or iPhone wallet, or pre-order meals, or add upgrade request. It’s annoying. Please fix it. If you’re going to offer a choice by click, I expect it to work. Thank you !!

Never saw something what beeing more bad then this airline

Since there last name has to be entered when you log in, it doesn’t work anymore. I can log on using the browser no problem. Bummer because I booked a flight and using the app for check in was very convinient….

The app seems good, but somehow I cannot change the language to English… I don’t speak Spanish. How do I change it? If that problem gets fixed, it’ll be 5 stars. Please help…

App doesnt properly scan European passports. Check-in for Flight to Europe for Europeans not possible, since app requires return date to the US. Its a joke offering international flights with an app only suited for Americans.

Über die Webseite kann man sich jederzeit einloggen, in der App kriegt man ständig die Meldung, dass der Account nicht verfügbar sei. Das ist wirklich unterirdisch.

Check-in not possible, tech glitch. Upgrade not available in the app. No option, no price. App redirects you to the web pages. Why? You have to enter your credentials 100 times. App and web are not synchronized. When you check-in online it is not in the app visible.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz gut, aber wenn man eine Flug umbuchen, einen Fehlercode suchen oder Infos zu Sportgepäck möchte, gibt es zu viele Fehler! Ich muss ggf. sogar die Airline wechseln! Gut dass der Flug stornierbar ist!

I can‘t check in to the second flight of my trip, I can‘t add the boarding pass to my wallet und there is no confirmation (like an e-mail) whatsoever about your check in…
