Sometimes self-discipline is just not enough to keep us away from the phones. HEALTHKIT:
Focus Plant uses HealthKit to read mindfulness data from 3rd party apps including but not limited to Forest, Flora, Plantie, Flipd, Study Bunny, Quality Time, Liquid Text, Emphasis, Flat Tomato, Focus Keeper, Finch, Clickup, Study Buddy, Socratic, Study Blue, SleepTown, Calm, and Headspace. Make sure to grant all permissions when asked to authorize the Health App to make it work.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS:
SuperPass offers USD $4.99 monthly subscription for accessing exclusive resources and premium features.
End of trial and subscription renewal:
This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Wonderful Tool!
I’ve been using the pomodoro method for studying for years so when I heard that there was an app that turned it into a game, I knew I had to try it. The app is even better than I expected! I have ADHD and finding energy to focus on the most minuscule of things is extremely difficult. Focus Plant helps trick my brain into thinking chores have a dopamine reward. I now find that I’m far more likely to organise my clothes and cook, knowing I’ll be collecting raindrops for my plants.
Really cute and nice app to help me focus!
Wish the window of time for you to leave the app was a little longer than 20 seconds as sometimes I need my phone to work.Also wish there was other things to spend your droplets on since I’m kind of rich on droplets and have nothing to spend them on when the plants sleep.I also don’t have time to watch the videos as I’m trying to get things dome whenever I’m on the app...soo many ads 🥲
