Was really enjoying the game when I signed up for the carnival challenge. I closed the app and opened it later on that day to find myself no longer in the carnival challenge. The challenge was still ongoing and the gems I spent on it were gone but I no longer had access and was asked to sign up again. Please fix this glitch
This game really helps me to relax. The only thing I don’t like are the sound effects associated with the blond cowboy. The snorting is gross and there are unsettling sounds like metallic/robotic. I have to listen without music. I checked and it wasn’t coming from anywhere else. The game isn’t the same without any sound because it helps to know when machines are ready.
Very good game to play on the iPhone 7. However I recently ungraded iPhones and without the home button, it has become impossible to access anything that is usually on the bottom of the screen like plates, sauces and salads, etc...(I’m playing the Tex men’s street at the moment). This is due to the swipe home bar as every time I try to swipe up an item from the bottom of the screen, it triggers the home bar and the list of open apps come up instead. I am not sure if there is a way to fix this, since other than that, the game is brilliant.
When I win my level gems I don’t get them… why is that?
I love the game but there needs to be more ways to get gems than leveling up. I have to play the same levels over and over just to get gems. Then their black friday sale is the same amount of gems and price as the piggy bank, not worth it all. There needs to be side games or missions to get gems

The app is relatively slow and have too many purchase requirements. New users should be comped more coins to get the hang of the game.
The game is fun to play, however, there must be a glitch. I upgraded every truck and completed all 57 tasks, but it says I only completed 32 and won’t add a new level. I’m tired of playing the same levels over & over, so I’m deleting it.
After I get 3 stars it won’t allow me to move to next level. I’ve been on the same level for 30 minutes then realized what was happening
Currently, when moving between screens, my game gets hung up in the middle and will not let me play. HELP!!!
