Hi I really love the app and I think it is a great idea. I used it a couple of times and definitely there are products I would not have bought if they weren’t in Food hero which allows me to avoid food waste, and try something new. I worked at an IGA once before and I remember my boss saying that ge doesn’t like it much because he thinks people will wait that its going to be in food hero in order to order. I think that is false and look forward to see those bio fruits in there before they just rot on grocery tablets!! Some reccomendations I would do as a client/ consumer is that even though for avoiding food waste is good for the environment the packaging of items and bags when we order on food hero is not always… good. For example if I order apples, they put it in a plastic bag.. completely unnecessary! And there SHOULD be a place when you order that gives you the opportunity to custumize that. I often go to the grocery in bike or just bring my own bags and even though I don’t take the brown paper IGA bag, my name is still written on it sooo, I am always looking for that button when I’m ordering “I have my own bag✅”. I think we need it ASAP.

J’adore faire affaire avec FoodHéro et j’ai beau envoyer mon code ou le lien direct à mes amies pour qu’elles bénéficient elles aussi de 5$ mais elles pensent jamais à l’utiliser, à utiliser l’appli tout court :/ Mais ça fait quelques commandes que je passe par vous et même si j’achète plein d’autres produits dans l’épicerie où j’ai commandé, ça serait intéressant d’obtenir soit des points ou de l’argent à chaque commande passée et ce, selon le prix de ta commande, exemple: une commande de 12$ = 1$, 35$ = 3$ ou bien 10 points par commande, à 100 points tu as un crédit de 10$ donc que ce soit en $$ ou en points, ceux-ci sont accumulés jusqu’à ce que le montant dont vous voulez utiliser est atteint.

Très facile à utiliser pour obtenir de belles économies

Après avoir attendu près de 15 minutes, après que 3 employés ont passés à côté de moi sans rien me demander, même si j’étais à côté du comptoir, après qu’un employée a été voir dans le congélateur, que la responsable soit partie chercher ma commande sans revenir, j’ai avisé que je reviendrais plus tard. On m’a donné un fromage comme réparation qui était limite dans cette journée. Cela fait quelques fois que, même en allant chercher la commande le lendemain, celle-ci n’est pas prête.

The app description should be honest and tell you that it only serves Quebec at the moment. I thought it was a broken product. I only found out what the problem was when I read the reviews after downloading it. Deleting it for now. It’s these little oversights that put me off of products.
