Worst customer service in Pakistan. Couldn’t navigate to cancel order although estimated time mentioned 30min. And now it is approx 2 hours. Am I supposed to wait and stay hungry? Use some logic and make things right. Worst experience before because of few similar incidents.

If Foodpanda already knows that riders are busier then why take the order in first place? Quite a creative way to get money into Food panda balance so that customer has no choice but to spend money on the platform. Secondly, it happened twice when I used a promo code from my bank account. Normal it doesn’t happen. Strange.

Lie on order time. Take hidden charges on checkout. On feedback response system. Only limited options. Worst customer experience. How can an customer centric app not have a feedback system. Pathetic work on part of development

The app is crashing, saying unexpected issue came up.

Today, I eagerly awaited the arrival of a feast for my friends, only to be met with a three-hour delay from the Foodpanda rider. This unexpected wait cast a shadow of shame and disrespect over our gathering, tarnishing what should have been a simple yet elegant affair. SUCH A SHAME!!! Order number: pl20-5mjx

I ordered online , I gave them the correct address and everything , the rider first of all showed very late he never called me or anything and when he did arrived he said that he had went to a wrong direction and now it’s my fault that he went there and he asked for delivery fee which I already Had paid ! , never pay online and why don’t some of your riders have change ? They sometimes seem desperate for change that they lie

The worst food application in Pakistan, they charge from your bank card and then that money never gets refunded. Highly unreliable. They don't even have a proper helpline

Best service, best app in town

Foodpanda which I once trusted and used all the time now has been dropping in quality of service and continues to do so. Too much wait time. Fake wait time actually. They tell you 40 mins but reaches after 2 hours and cold food. Today was the last time I used this. Calling the restaurant directly or picking up the food is much much better.
