I would never have purchased so many items if it wasn't for delivery fees. However they never delivered the items I needed most, which meant I had to buy them again separately, but still with very expensive delivery fees. I tried to give feedback, but the feedback questionnaire would play word games with you. I bought a set of 12 bottles of water twice, but you need to click the plus sign 24 times before you can refund the full amount, otherwise only 2 bottles of water will be refunded, and you cannot issue again after you mistakenly issued it. Very misleading and i will never order again from this app

So many poor ratings for stalls, yet they still showed as 4 or 5 stars. Fake ratings.

Food panda hasn’t replied to my feedback which I made about two months ago even after trying multiple times to contact them. The worst customer service among all the delivery apps. Moreover, they don’t deliver on time. Received it after 1.5 hrs even though the estimated delivery time was just 45 mins.

Why still no dark mode.

Totally useless app. Arrival time shown is a hoax. Just changes randomly as and when you want, it doesn’t even make any sense. Your help is literally 0. What happens if your order is stuck for an hour? Nothing, no refund option, no live chat, no one to approach at all. 0 stars if possible. 100% will not use this app again.

Delayed for 2 hours and diver had not respond. It almost altitude as well

I ordered 157 MYR worth of groceries from Panda Mart, but received rubbish (5 packets of chilli and cookies). When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund or replacement, and the chat was abruptly closed. No response to my email either. This has been my worst experience with Foodpanda. I trusted this app due to my personal circumstances, but they failed to deliver both the correct order and proper customer service. I’ll never use this app again. Be careful when ordering—terrible service and no respect for customers.

More than half of my order missing. I clearly marked every missing item on photo of receipt. They refunded only a small portion of it. I do have a cctv footage of delivery and how little food was delivered. I paid near 200$ dollars, my meal with guests ruined, had less than 50$ food delivered but they refunded me only 49$. This is ridiculous. I’m furious.
