foodpanda's payment system is really bad, I stopped paying for my orders with app-linked cards a few months ago, so I started paying with pandapay. Recently my pandapay was also rejected. What makes people speechless is that communication with customer service did not help me solve any problems, just say let me change the payment method!! I still have money in pandapay that I can't get out and customer service is not helping me with my current problem. It's disgusting. I can't trust you with a delivery app like that.

Claimed issues within 24 hours but the customer service insisted that I didn’t claim with 24 hours so cannot proceed my refund. And the whole conversation just like talking to idiot robots, who kept denying what you did. They just repeated nonsense and not to solve to problem. The worst customer service you can have.

The app works well but delivery is never on time. Add 20mins to the delivery time. This is really bordering on false advertising

Stopped using FP because the delivery prices were not competitive vs other companies like gr*b and deliver*o but lately it’s kinda better and easier to get riders. food is ok as well.

Foodpanda has consistently failed to deliver properly. It is always either missing items or wrong items. The customer service is also outsourced to some India team that constantly does nothing but copy and paste answers that says they can’t do anything about it and then immediately closed the ticket without doing anything to solve it. It is the only food delivery app that consistently provide horrible service. Please do not bother with this app.

You are allowed to order from closed restaurants. The order would go through first and then cancelled after 10 minutes. It is also not possible to apply certain vouchers even though the terms and conditions seem to allow the usage

Subscribed to panda pro to realized that there are only a few restaurants that I can use panda pro for free delivery, paid more than $40 for this subscription and it feels like a scam. Most of the vouchers on this app cannot be used also.
